Surestep, LLC, wanted a way to (1) support end users and (2) educate them on their medical devices.
I proposed interviewing their SMEs (orthotists and educators) to find new angles on their products. I wrote long-form blog posts to convince readers to (a) continue using the devices and/or (b) upgrade to new ones.
Surestep's blog posts received excellent traffic compared to flagship product pages, and we increased the Time on Page metric.
